gcup3 may terminate or suspend any Member's account at any time, including without notice, where gcup3 reasonably believes that the Member has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the account would create regulatory or legal risk for gcup3.
You may close your gcup3 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure, after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned to your verified bank account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licensing framework under which gcup3 operates.
